About the Role
We are seeking a scientifically strong, customer-focused Product Manager to act as a key product expert and liaison between R&D and Business Development. You will support BD during customer engagements, provide technical guidance, and communicate customer and market insights back to R&D.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical product expert for both internal teams and customers
- Support BD in customer meetings with accurate scientific guidance
- Provide product support and troubleshooting to customers and distributors
- Gather customer feedback and identify market trends
- Ensure scientific accuracy in marketing and product materials
- Create training materials, presentations, and technical documentation
Qualifications
- PhD in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, or related field with strong publication record strongly preferred
- Previous biotech experience a valuable asset
- Solid knowledge of molecular and cell biology techniques
- Excellent communication and scientific explanation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across R&D, BD, sales, and support teams
- Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Location: This is a full-time, on-site position based at our headquarters in Richmond, BC. Candidates must be able to work on-site from their start date. Relocation assistance is NOT provided.
