What You'll Bring:

We are looking for a collaborative leader to join the Carrier Provisioning team. As Product Manager for Order Management Solutions, you will be responsible for driving the product vision and executing the strategy for the Order Management Solution’s billing and analytic systems. This role will partner with stakeholders across TransUnion’s product, engineering and finance teams.

  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • 7+ years of product management/business analysis experience; US telecom industry background is a plus
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or an analytical field such as engineering, etc

We’d Love to See:

  • Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Intellicus, etc
  • Experience with billing/accounting systems
  • Experience with Jira change management systems and processes
  • Ability to write and test SQL scripts
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including complex Excel formulas, pivot tables, and charts to produce detailed analytical reports
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks according to business needs and seeking to contribute significantly

Impact You'll Make:

  • Day-to-day (Billing)
    • Attend stand-up calls and prioritize work deliverables for global engineering resources
    • Review contract language and translate into requirements for billing data collection
    • Test billing releases and coordinate changes with the Finance team
    • Assist Finance team with customer billing disputes
  • Day-to-day (Analytics)
    • Attend stand-up calls and prioritize work deliverables for global engineering resources
    • Create functional requirements based on customer analytics requests
    • Manage day-to-day client communications and hold regular status update meetings with the engagement managers to align on work objectives
    • Test analytic releases and validate data accuracy
    • Research operational issues
  • Roadmap Planning / Execution
    • Gather product intelligence; create recommendations to improve competitive position in the market; validate and refine the product roadmap
    • Assist with corporate/department projects such as data purge, vulnerability scan remediation
    • Document existing systems and internal processes
    • Continuously monitor products for automation opportunities

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $100,100.00 - $150,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
