About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Product Manager for Marketing Automation to own the strategy and development of the marketing automation solutions within our Content & Channels Informatics team. This role will focus on enabling data-driven, scalable, and personalized marketing campaigns and journeys by managing the technology that powers our automation capabilities.

The Opportunity: 

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, OCE-D, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and IT teams to define business needs, prioritize features and initiatives,  as well as ensure alignment with strategic goals.

  • Lead the implementation and integration of automation tools with CRM, analytics, and customer engagement platforms.

  • Work with your extended teams to analyze data to optimize platform performance, improve customer segmentation, and enhance campaign personalization.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends in AI-driven automation, customer journey orchestration, and omnichannel marketing.

  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, budget and performance to maximize technology investments.

  • Drive adoption and training for marketing teams to ensure effective use of automation capabilities.

Who you are:

  • Experience in product management for marketing automation or related technologies.

  • Strong understanding of lead scoring, email marketing, customer journeys, and personalization strategies.

  • Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, and data flows between automation tools and CRM/sales platforms.

  • Understanding of content creation and activation processes, ensuring seamless integration with marketing automation platforms.

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and ability to work with engineering teams.

  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data, A/B testing, and performance metrics for decision-making.

  • Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders across IT, marketing, and sales.
