We’re looking for a Product Manager to flex across our Map and Bitmoji teams at Snap Inc!

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with product leaders, design, engineering, and data scientists to define features and product improvements

  • Maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives.

  • Champion a user-centric approach, ensuring that all product decisions enhance the overall user experience and drive engagement and retention.

  • Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Execute throughout the product development process by gathering and defining requirements, writing specs, creating wireframes and workflows, running user studies, conducting AB tests, and coordinating marketing and other launch plans.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to keep the Map and Bitmoji at the forefront of the market.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to clearly prioritize and deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced but collaborative and kind environment

  • Collaborate and build trust with engineers, data science and other cross-functional teams

  • Excellent analytical skills, experience with AB testing, and the ability to define goals and success metrics

  • Ability to think creatively and approach problems with system-level thinking

  • Skilled in interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organization

  • Ability to initiate projects, execute against defined objectives, and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 3+ years of experience building and shipping products at a consumer or advertising technology company
