About the role

What you’ll own:

We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Insights & AI Analytics products and reimagine how marketers transform their customer data into actionable insights. Our team is on a mission to help the world’s leading marketing organizations better understand their customers and campaigns, all without the need of engineering.

As the Product Manager for this area, you’ll own surface areas including:

  • Charting & Analytics
  • Measurement & Experiments
  • Data Analyst Copilot for Marketers

Why This Role Matters:

This role will spearhead one of Hightouch's biggest development efforts. You’ll be responsible for helping us build a leading position in this market. Collaborating with a lean, powerhouse engineering team, you'll pioneer analytics and AI products that help marketers unlock deep audience insights and measure campaign performance. The product scope is expansive—spanning intuitive dashboard interfaces for demystifying data to innovative LLM copilot features that transform how marketers work.

What you’ll do:

The Product Manager will drive 0-1 discovery, strategy, roadmapping, and execution across the entire Insights products ecosystem. You'll be fully accountable for both product adoption and go-to-market strategy. This includes partnering with go-to-market teams to drive adoption, positioning, and revenue for Insights products.

You'll join a world-class Product team that doesn't just talk about innovation—we live and breathe it. We're the team that invented Reverse ETL and pioneered the Composable architecture, fundamentally transforming the CDP landscape. As we've evolved into a multi-product powerhouse, we've maintained a lean, high-impact Product team where each PM is a true owner, independently driving their product area and delivering direct business impact.

About you

  • Customer Obsession: You don't just understand customers—you are a relentless customer champion. Your superpower is the ability to forge deep connections, intuitively anticipating needs before customers can even articulate them.
  • Technical aptitude: More than just understanding technical concepts, you're a translator who transforms complex engineering challenges into elegant, accessible solutions. You speak both engineer and user fluently.
  • Strong Communicator: Your communication isn't just clear—it's magnetic. You can distill complex ideas into compelling narratives that inspire teams and resonate with users, turning insights into action.
  • Hunger and speed: Speed isn't just a preference for you—it's a way of life. You thrive in a high-energy environment where rapid iteration and bold moves are the default, not the exception.
  • Outcome mindset: You're not a feature factory—you're a strategic mastermind who reverse-engineers success. Every decision you make is laser-focused on driving measurable business impact, turning product vision into tangible results.
