As a Product Manager - Growth Content Creator, you will play a central role in shaping the vision that guides the future of our globally recognized brands. You will take ownership of driving the growth strategy for the creator ecosystem on our platform. Your mission will be to unlock growth opportunities for content creators by developing strategies that increase creator acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. You will be responsible for understanding, defining, and optimizing the content creator experience for hundreds of thousands of content creators that power our products for millions of users worldwide. Leveraging your deep understanding of user behavior, you will maximize creators' experiences, revenues, platform adoption, and overall growth of content creators. Your work will directly impact user engagement, retention, and monetization strategies on our video-sharing platform, creating significant value for both creators and the company.

In this highly visible role, you will collaborate with world-class product and engineering teams leveraging big data and cutting-edge technology. Your work will span the entire content creator journey, driving growth through improved creator experiences, platform innovations, and scalable strategies. What you will be doing: 

  • Define Growth Strategies: Identify and prioritize opportunities to grow the creator base and enhance creator success across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Optimize the Creator Funnel: Analyze the creator journey to identify drop-off points, design interventions to reduce friction, and improve conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
  • Be a passionate advocate for a great user journey, continuously seeking to improve the user experience and engagement.
  • Developing a deep understanding of Content Creator journey – their needs, challenges and objectives.
  • Define content creator personas and their users journeys, working closely with design, content, products, engineering teams and the content creator team.
  • Create a compelling vision for the next generation of content creator journey, leveraging your deep understanding of user preferences and behaviors.
  • Define our user journey for content creator, identify key problems and opportunities, and collaborate with products and engineers to brainstorm and design appropriate solutions.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform product success and health, continuously iterating on the product to drive improvements.
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Collaborate and help the product roadmap for content creator, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact that will increase the retention,
  • Be an articulate and persuasive communicator, both as a writer and a speaker, using data to support your arguments.

What you will need to be successful: 

Must haves: 

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on growth and user journey optimization.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and effectively communicate with teams across Content, Design, Product, Research, Data operation, Intelligence and Engineering.
  • Passion for crafting exceptional consumer experiences that drive platform growth.
  • Data proficiency, with expertise in leveraging metrics to identify opportunities and measure success.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools like BigQuery & Looker
  • User-centered, design-thinking mindset, with the ability to balance technical and business priorities.
  • Strong intuition for customer problems, needs, and scalable solutions.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience as a content creator or in a role working directly with creators.
  • Familiarity with growth frameworks such as AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).
