WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Product Development: Lead the creation and evolution of products that align with market needs, driving profitable growth, capturing market share, and enhancing our brand equity.

  • Market Alignment: Leverage data-driven insights to identify high-potential opportunities and ensure product offerings resonate with customer needs and market trends.

  • Collaboration and Influence: Foster cross-functional collaboration, aligning teams and leveraging influence to move initiatives forward cohesively and effectively.

  • Strategic Product Partnerships: Lead and contribute to the maturation of our product partnership practices, managing outsourcing relationships, and ensuring that product performance is strategically aligned with our vision.

  • Go-to-Market and Commercialization: Lead the development of comprehensive product go-to-market strategies, encompassing marketing, sales, fulfillment, and post-launch performance monitoring. Act as the driving force, empowering stakeholders to create and execute go-to-market plans that ensure successful product rollouts and sustained long-term stability.

  • Drive Product Success: Oversee the commercial performance of products, focusing on revenue growth, retention, and overall market relevance, while maintaining a strategic roadmap aligned with corporate objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and a minimum of five years of relevant experience.

  • Strong product management or project management experience is a significant asset.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and stay on top of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics.

  • Flexibility to adapt to rapidly evolving environments, competing priorities, and changing requirements.

  • Proven ability to build positive, productive, and trusted relationships across diverse teams, with an appreciation for process, change management, and organizational culture.

  • A leader with an innovative mindset, capable of applying design and systems thinking to solve problems and unite cross-functional teams.

  • Skilled facilitator with exceptional communication skills, adept at translating complex ideas into clear, actionable insights.

  • Highly proficient in collaboration, with the ability to build trust and exert influence across the organization.
