- Contribute to DevOps, integrations, and IT initiatives to ensure system reliability, security, and uptime, supporting seamless operations across remote and in-clinic environments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and scientific teams to translate business and clinical requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
Key Qualifications:

- 1+ years of professional project management experience, ideally overseeing web and mobile initiatives within an agile development workflow.
- 1+ year of back-end development experience, preferably using Node.js and related frameworks.
- Strong proficiency with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows (e.g., pull requests, branching strategies).
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, software design patterns, and common anti-patterns.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strong capacity to identify core issues, design effective solutions, and execute with precision.
- Proven adaptability work in fast-paced environments with the ability to pivot and reprioritize quickly in response to time-sensitive or last-minute projects.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a focus on clarity and follow-through.
- Committed to leading with humility, curiosity, and transparency—comfortable taking initiative and contributing at both strategic and hands-on levels.
- Available and responsive during core working hours to maintain effective communication and team alignment.
Nice to Have:
