- Role Summary: As a Product Designer, you will contribute to creating AI-powered Advertiser experiences while leveraging your skills in visual design, interaction design, concepting, and prototyping. Your work will help evolve the design system and framework while ensuring inclusivity and accessibility.

- Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, and developers throughout the design process
- Create relevant and impactful interactions and experiences based on customer motivations and needs
- Contribute to strategic planning and align design processes with business goals and customer value

- Utilize the Fluent Design language and contribute to the Advertiser Design System
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Interaction Design, Graphic/Communications Design, Industrial or Product Design, Human-Computer Interactions, Psychology, or related field
- Experience in user interface design, with proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch
- Strong sense of interaction design, including accessibility and inclusive design
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of UX research methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrated through visual design or user research
- Design portfolio and/or user research case studies
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in AI-powered design projects
- Familiarity with Fluent Design language and design systems
