- Contribute to design's direction and execute design set by others
- Lead design on a product with moderate to high visibility, risk, and/or complexity
- Maintain craft across design, project management, and engineering within a major product area

- Balance working on details and taking a step back to see the bigger picture of the product
- Craft a story around the WHAT, WHY, and HOW for your ideas
5. Skills and Qualifications
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience working in product or consumer service design
- Strong sense of interaction design and user experience fundamentals
- Portfolio with strong visual design skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Experience designing in Figma
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Mobile and responsive web design expertise
