We’re looking for a Product Designer, to help shape the future of legal tech and push the boundaries of how AI can serve those seeking justice. In this role, you’ll lead complex, high-impact initiatives from concept to launch—designing scalable solutions that power critical legal workflows and equipping personal injury attorneys with the tools they need to advocate effectively for their clients. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and AI/ML teams to drive strategy, establish scalable design patterns, and bring clarity to ambiguous problem spaces.

This is a high-leverage opportunity to influence foundational architecture, champion design excellence, and define what great looks like in a technically sophisticated, mission-driven environment. You’ll report to the Head of Design and collaborate with a growing team of designers who care deeply about impact, craft, and consistency across products.

Job title and level to be determined based on candidate’s background and interview performance.

What you'll do:

  • Take ownership of the design process for a product area, from strategy to user flows and interaction design, with a strong focus on reusable components and scalable patterns.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to understand internal and external user needs, translating insights into efficient, accessible, and delightful product experiences.

  • Create high-fidelity designs and prototypes for AI-powered solutions that scale across platforms and support complex workflows.

  • Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and AI researchers to ship high-quality features efficiently.

  • Use your expertise to shape product and design strategy, advocating for system-wide consistency and design best practices.

  • Mentor and elevate the design craft of the team, fostering growth and maintaining high standards in design thinking, execution, and system adoption.

What we look for:

  • At least 5 years of experience in software product design.

  • Experience building workflow products for specialized power users in a B2B environment.

  • Experience designing interfaces for AI products.

  • Deep expertise in Figma, especially tooling for component libraries, system documentation, and cross-functional adoption.

  • Excellent qualitative user research skills.

  • Strong written communication skills.

  • Execution mindset with the ability to set and meet deadlines.

  • Startup experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
