What Makes You a Great Fit

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Product Designer to join our Product Design team. The ideal candidate will design, build, and scale innovative solutions that enhance our user experiences and digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful design projects and contribute to Pebl’s business objectives.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Own and deliver end-to-end features or user journeys
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to build scalable, high-quality solutions
  • Maintain design systems, patterns, and documentation
  • Optimize systems and processes to drive consistent, user-centered design across products
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Provide feedback to peers
  • Represent design in cross-functional discussions and anticipate trade-offs between user needs, product goals, and technical constraints

Let’s Connect If You Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Typically 2–3 years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with a team-first mindset
  • Experience with design systems or accessibility standards is a plus

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay depends upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified. 

Annualized Pay Range
$99,000$135,000 CAD
