  • Responsive Web Design: Design and optimize web applications for various screen sizes, ensuring a seamless mobile and desktop experience.
  • Design System Contribution: Help develop, maintain, and scale a design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to ensure alignment on requirements and constraints.
  • Prototyping & Testing: Create interactive prototypes and test ideas to validate usability.
  • Agility & Adaptability: Adjust designs based on feedback, changing requirements, and technical feasibility.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years in product design, UX, and/or interaction design.
  • Web Application & Responsive Design: Experience designing responsive web applications that function across desktop and mobile.
  • Design Systems: Experience helping develop, contribute to, or maintain a design system.
  • Usability Testing & User Interviews: Experience conducting research and applying findings to improve designs.
  • Accessibility: Familiarity with WCAG 2.2, Section 508 compliance, and inclusive design principles.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Miro, or similar tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing UX work.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Ability to clearly present design concepts and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Agile Workflow: Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and design iteration in an Agile environment.

Assets:

  • Experience working in enterprise software, SaaS, or developer tool design.
  • Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, React) and their role in design implementation.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • A comprehensive extended benefits package including health, dental and vision for you and your family, with company paid offerings.
  • 401K savings program with company match.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) is offered to support the ability to rest and recharge.
  • A great team environment and resources, supporting you to do the best work of your life and providing unlimited career growth potential.
  • Highly autonomous and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Annual recurring WFH allowance for you to purchase items you need for your home office.
