Passport is in a high-growth phase, and we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Product team. • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to understand and capture user needs, translating them into effective design solutions
  • Define user journeys, personas, and wireframes for product features
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles, educating team members and fostering a culture of empathy for end-users
  • Conduct usability testing sessions and synthesize feedback to drive design improvements
  • Work swiftly to manage Figma libraries, create design concepts and prototypes, delivering high-quality work on tight timelines

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of product design experience with Figma expertise
  • A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and design styles that highlight your comprehensive end-to-end design process
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD), user research, and usability testing, with the ability to analyze data and feedback to drive design decisions
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and connect them to user needs and business goals
  • A passion for solving product challenges and a desire to 'own' the user experience from conception to launch
  • Experience in the e-commerce or logistics industries is a plus
