As the Product Creation End-to-End Process Specialist, you partner closely with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization to support the day-to-day operations and execution of the End-to-End Arc’teryx product creation strategy. You help to identify process improvements to maximize efficiency and enable the team to achieve business targets.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

The Product Creation Operations team optimizes the intersection of product, supporting through cross-functional teams to improve alignment, communication, and processes around product. We build a foundation for excellence through reinforcing product strategy with metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, budgeting, and reporting.

If you were a Product Creation End-to-End Process Specialist now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Managing the product creation phase of our seasonal Innovation-to-Consumer (I2C) calendar to ensure all deliverables are executed on-time, and that any risks or changes to plan are communicated to all impacted teams
  • Highlighting and communicating cross-departmental process impacts and evolutions to the Innovation-to-Consumer (I2C) stakeholders
  • Building close relationships with business teams and supporting change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement
  • Supporting the analysis of current business processes and collaborating with users to identify process improvement, new processes, and areas to help maximize efficiency
  • Documenting cross functional processes through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Creating and maintaining SmartSheets, user guides, online help tools and other system and procedure-related documentation as required
  • Supporting the scheduling of meetings, milestones and with organizing events
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing key findings and insights related to product operations
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas and insights to maximize operational efficiency
  • Capturing meeting notes and follow-up items with the involved teams
  • Adapting seamlessly to the evolving business landscape, continually learning and staying agile
  • Playing an active role in the implementation of best practices aligned with the directive of the Product Operations team and championing change management communications
  • Upholding Fair Labor Association’s Workplace Code of Conduct and Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing, throughout the Arc’teryx supply chain

  • Supporting with the evolution of the I2C process, documentation, and stakeholder activation across various product categories
  • Scorecarding End-to-End processes – providing overview of successes, opportunities and insights

Are you our next Product Creation End-to-End Process Specialist?

  • You have 3+ years’ experience in an operational role, in a project coordination, product operations, or product management environment
  • You have experience supporting a calendar and using a project management tool
  • You are able to demonstrate a high level of analytical and critical thinking, alongside a strong business acumen
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of stakeholders
  • You have the ability to explain, articulate, and document concepts, business processes, systems, and business requirements efficiently
  • You have confidence to communicate and collaborate amongst large and diverse audiences
  • You have the ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities
  • You have a willingness to improve your skills independently in new technologies and solutions
  • You are proactive to identify the root cause of issues and seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
  • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
  • Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it
