- Client Overview: The Coalition Studio is a flagship first-party studio within Xbox Game Studios, known for the critically acclaimed Gears of War series. They aim to push the limits of Microsoft's entertainment platform and devices.
- Role Summary: As a Producer, you will collaborate with the project team to deliver best-in-class gaming experiences while managing multidisciplinary teams. You will work closely with the Senior Producer to drive assets and features to completion, meeting quality, schedule, and business targets.

- Milestone planning, execution, and evaluation of priorities
- Communicating goals to the team and ensuring timely execution at a high-quality level
- Proactive risk management and mitigation
- Updating and presenting status and information to the project leadership team
- Identifying process improvements to enhance team efficiency
- Providing regular capacity plan updates
- Focusing on project development with a strong emphasis on team empowerment
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Production, Development Manager, Project Management, or Coordination experience
- Experience managing game cross-functional teams through all development phases
- Shipped a minimum of 2 game products, ideally console products
- Experience with AAA quality games on console
- Proficiency in various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Experience managing development projects from concept to release
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional teams
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SCRUM, Agile, Waterfall, and Kanban
