What you'll be doing.
- Execute material inventory policy using MRP analytics and purchase order management aligned with inventory targets
- Monitor and manage inbound material risks through defined processes to mitigate impact on attainment and adherence
- Support escalation and resolution of material supply risks and disruptions
- Partner with Procurement S&OE Lead to provide real-time visibility into material risks
- Ensure accuracy of material attainment and adherence reporting for assigned manufacturing locations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, planning, sales, and marketing
- Maintain accountability for performance deliverables within assigned sites
- Manage Supplier Managed Inventory (SMI) processes to ensure vendor accountability and compliance
- Contribute to continuous improvement in procurement and supply chain processes
What you'll need to be successful.
- Post-secondary education in Business (preferred)
- Experience in procurement, supply chain, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong analytical and planning capabilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with systems such as SAP, TMS, and Power BI is an asset
- Demonstrated project management skills (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to make sound business decisions
- Flexibility to travel occasionally to McCain plants and supplier locations
