About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Procurement Services Agent who is involved to secure efficiency, quality and compliance to Procurement and Purchase to Pay processes. The role holder is acting as catalyst for improvement, efficiency and financial control and growth. They have a total picture of the situation and drive the corrective actions of the solutions.
This is a 24 month - contract with extension possibility.
What you will do!
• Works with the requester to procure the necessary goods/services, following procurement standards and strategy: right supplier, competitive price, timely delivery • Guarantees the quality and compliance of the process proactively and reactively • Acts as a liaison between Sourcing, stakeholders and suppliers• Guarantees, through proactive and reactive actions, the timely payment of invoices• Ensures the achievement of objectives through constant proactive, and high-quality contribution
You will bring
• Experience using SAP P12 One or other ERP system is desired• Previous experience in PO creation is desired• Basic accounting knowledge for managing invoices: understanding hold / block reason, being able to support the Accounts Payables team in splitting and booking cost• Experience with stakeholder management• Good communication skills• Advanced English level spoken and written• Advanced XLS user highly desired• Higher education. University degree in Accounting, Management, Economics and economic communication in business or other related specialties.
