Join Wipfli as a Construction Management Process Improvement Senior Consultant, enhancing productivity and efficiency within the construction industry. Leverage expertise to identify areas for process enhancement, collaborate with clients to develop practical solutions, and implement strategies that drive growth and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current construction management back office and accounting processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Lead process improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of implemented process improvements.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to gather input and ensure buy-in for process changes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within our clients construction management team.
- Understand project accounting and billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
- Lead software requirements gathering and market research for client digital transformation efforts.
- Ability to travel 20 - 25% of the time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field, with a focus on process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management abilities.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Experience with project accounting, budgeting, and billing processes.
- Familiarity with financial, accounting, and project management software used in construction management.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher preferred.

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate's unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $79,000.00 to $132,000.00. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
