In your role as a Senior Account Manager, Private Client Advice you will deliver a legendary High Net Worth client experience by:

  • Conducting an in-depth discovery of client assets, financial goals, risk tolerance and create a comprehensive Insurance Plan with tailored HNW strategies. 

  • Identifying referral opportunities and coordinate the team of Partners/Advisors to work collaboratively together in order to execute an integrated Plan with the goal of consolidating assets and ensuring TD is primary Financial Institution. 

  • Working collaboratively with the TDI underwriters, claims advisors and HNW inspectors for insurance solutions. 

  • Placing specific focus on onboarding clients with investment needs to Investment Management (PIC/PIA). 

  • Working proactively with direct Manager to develop improved client experience, operational and Practice Management practices, and overall personal development 

  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and understanding of TDI policies and procedures, industry trends and protect the interests and reputation of TDI and its clients by continuous compliance to them. 

  • Representing TDI and TDBG to the general public in a professional manner.

  • Meeting face to face with customers to understand their needs and desires working with the HNW team to provide the best underwriting experience. 

  • Participating fully as a member of the team and support a positive work environment that promotes the business' vision and legendary client experience. 

  • The HNW staff will also have tiered binding authority with this HNW advisor having a binding authority of $9,999,999MM

Job Requirements :

  • 5+ years Personal Lines experience, with preference to those servicing high net worth clients 

  • Provincially licensed (active and in good standing) required – minimum 1 year 

  • Willing to get licensed in other provinces and/or territories 

  • A team player with a strong work ethic 

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills 

  • Proven sales ability to round-out accounts 

  • An unwavering commitment to delivering professionalism and expertise to our clients 

  • Computer proficiency in MS Office products such as Word and Excel 

  • Robust and varied background in Insurance 

  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit  

  • Strong Insurance knowledge across all asset classes that enable wholesome discussions on various 

  • Insurance topics (underwriting, pricing, claims, cross border, condo, etc.) 

  • Recognized ability to engage in a thorough client discovery process and identity opportunities for partner referrals 

  • Confidence in establishing and managing relationships with sophisticated clients 

  • Possess strong Centers of Influence relationships and broad network of external advisors
