Position Overview

As the Privacy and AI Program Manager, you will operationalize the evolution of our privacy program to encompass the rapidly changing landscape of artificial intelligence. You will embed responsible AI, Privacy by Design, and data protection across our SaaS development lifecycle, directly enabling our strategic shift toward outcomes-based selling. By acting as the operational bridge between legal, product, security, and our customers, you ensure our data practices build the trust required to accelerate deal velocity and drive measurable business impact.

You are a seasoned privacy enabler who thrives on simplifying complexity for diverse stakeholders, ensuring our customers feel confident in our data governance. You will use your deep domain expertise in global privacy and AI regulations to protect our business while empowering our sales and product teams to move fast and win.

What You Will Deliver:
  • Outcomes-Based Sales Enablement: Accelerate the sales cycle and drive revenue by clearly articulating our privacy posture and AI governance to enterprise prospects, directly supporting our transition to outcomes-based selling.

  • EU AI Act & Global Compliance: Operationalize strategic readiness for the EU AI Act and other emerging global AI regulations, translating complex legislative requirements into actionable product standards.

  • Automated Decision Making Governance: Establish and maintain robust frameworks for transparency, fairness, and human oversight in automated decision-making processes, mitigating bias and ensuring compliance with evolving data protection laws.

  • Responsible AI Integration: Partner internally to conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and review AI use cases, identifying risks early in the software development lifecycle.

  • Data Subject Protection & Trust: Champion the continuous privacy and protection of data subjects across both Visier's internal employee workforce and the millions of employees represented within our customers' data. With a customer base that includes a significant portion of the Fortune 1000 and major multinationals, you will ensure our data governance strategies provide uncompromising security, ethical handling, and compliance for highly sensitive information at global scale.

What You Will Bring to the Table:
  • Education & Experience: 4+ years of blended experience managing global privacy programs (GDPR, CCPA) within a B2B Enterprise SaaS environment, including direct exposure to AI/ML data governance.

  • Commercial Muscle: A proven track record of supporting enterprise sales and renewal cycles by translating complex privacy controls into customer-facing value and trust.

  • Regulatory Competency: Core understanding of current data protection laws and emerging frameworks (including the EU AI Act and automated decision making legislation), with the ability to operationalize these rules without slowing down the pace of development.

  • Technical Fluency: Solid understanding of data flows, cloud infrastructure, and AI models, enabling you to confidently collaborate with engineering teams on system design.

  • Cross-Functional Influence: Strong communication skills geared toward building productive working relationships with technical, legal, and commercial stakeholders.

  • Agile Problem Solving: A scrappy, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with a proven track record of finding practical, scalable solutions to novel compliance challenges.

Benefits and working arrangements may vary depending on your seniority, location and employment type. The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional compensation such as commission or bonus plans. Your Talent Acquisition partner will walk through the details if you interview for the role.

AI in Hiring
As a people analytics company, we think carefully about how AI is used in decisions that affect people, including our own. Our Talent Acquisition team uses AI tools to help review resumes and application responses, so every candidate's application is assessed quickly and consistently against the role's requirements. AI may also assist with scheduling and summarizing interview notes. These tools support our team; they don't replace it. Every hiring decision at Visier is made by a person, not an algorithm.

How you prepare is up to you, and there's no issue with using AI as a helpful tool along the way. What matters most to us is that what you share, whether in your application or in conversation with us, reflects your own real experience and skills. We ask that live interviews be AI-free, so we can get to know how you communicate, think through problems, and describe the work you've actually done. We reserve the right to end the interview early if candidate fraud is suspected.

If you have questions about how AI is used in our process or how your data is handled, review our Visier Candidate Privacy Notice or reach out to us.
