This Sales Manager role is a highly transparent position leading a strategic global OEM relationship end to end. You will lead commercial execution while engaging deeply with customer engineering and architecture teams, translating sophisticated DRAM and NAND technologies into differentiated value. The role blends strategic account leadership, technical credibility, and deal ownership, and plays a key role in crafting long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
  • Own revenue, margin, and share for enterprise DRAM and NAND across a major global OEM account
  • Act as the primary commercial and strategic interface with customer business and engineering leaders
  • Lead pricing strategy, negotiations, forecasting, and multi-year commercial agreements
  • Drive roadmap alignment, qualifications, and design-ins in partnership with engineering and product teams
  • Deliver executive-ready insights for QBRs, strategic reviews, and internal leadership discussions

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 7-12+ years of experience in strategic OEM or enterprise sales, preferably in semiconductors, memory, or storage
  • Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with engineering and architecture teams on DRAM, NAND, and SSD topics
  • Experience leading complex negotiations and managing forecasts under demand and supply volatility
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting Tier-1 OEMs in server, AI infrastructure, or enterprise storage markets
  • Experience negotiating multi-year supply agreements and account-level commercial frameworks
  • Familiarity with qualification cycles, capacity planning, and supply-demand dynamics
  • Experience engaging VP- and C-level customer stakeholders
  • MBA or advanced degree
