We are looking for a Pricing Specialist who will assist in strategically and consistently reviewing our existing products. In this role, you will ensure strict adherence to our pricing policy, while consulting key stakeholders for both new and existing products. You will work across a highly cross-functional and collaborative team made up of our Pricing, Product Management, Marketing, R&D, and Sales teams.Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate as a key member of the new product introduction (NPI) team and the new product pricing process, while owning pricing tasks and ensuring accurate data preparation and analysis to support decision making
Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, and Sales to conduct economic value analysis, competitive analysis, and cost/volume analysis to develop price recommendations for existing and new products
Present strategic pricing recommendations for executive decision making
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales management to develop promotional programs that impact pricing
Collaborate with Finance to manage fair market value pricing for royalty payments
Ensure pricing documents like SOPs, policy manuals, and process maps are up to date and communicated and made available to all the appropriate stakeholders
Knowledge and Qualifications:
Advanced degree (Masters) in Life Sciences or Biology sector alongside a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in pricing, marketing or product management
Very strong analytical and presentation skills, including advanced knowledge of Data Processing, Analysis, and Presentation applications with proven business acumen, analytics and problem solving skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, requiring significant cross-functional coordination and teamwork
Working knowledge of AI/ML applications in pricing and ability to collaborate with technical teams to leverage predictive and optimization models for business decision-making- Cross Functional Communications

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$81,700.00 - $122,500.00STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
