At Monark, you will do work that matters with people who are committed to helping our vision become a reality. Our projects have an impact on the communities where our team members live, work, and play.

About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to join our team. This is an office-based role at the intersection of finance, operations, and data, supporting pricing accuracy, product data integrity, and cost management across our network of pharmacy dispensing partners and B2B clients.

The successful candidate will start by owning the day-to-day execution of pricing and cost workflows and, over time, take on increasingly complex analysis, framework ownership, and cross-functional projects.

We are hiring with development in mind. We want someone who can master the fundamentals quickly and grow into a senior contributor. The ideal candidate is comfortable with numbers, learns new tools quickly, and takes pride in getting the details right in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

In Your First Months — Building the Foundation

  • Maintain and update product and pricing data across internal systems with a high degree of accuracy, including cost, price, strength, pack size, dispenser assignment, and regulatory identifiers such as DIN and UPC
  • Manage recurring cost updates across our pharmacy partner network, ensuring costs are current and correctly applied
  • Conduct competitor and market price research to support pricing decisions on new and existing products
  • List and configure new products in internal systems, following established pricing logic and quality standards
  • Review supplier invoices against agreed pricing, identifying and escalating discrepancies
  • Run routine pricing checks, including identifying products priced below cost, and take appropriate action under guidance
  • Source product availability across suppliers and coordinate with pharmacy partners to resolve fulfillment questions

As You Grow — Expanding Into Analysis

  • Perform product-level cost and margin analysis across multiple pharmacy and client scenarios
  • Prepare cost, margin, and pricing reports for internal stakeholders and leadership
  • Support ad hoc analyses, including revenue impact, tariff assessments, and rebate calculations
  • Contribute to demand forecasting and financial planning for pricing and sourcing initiatives
  • Help build and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor pricing effectiveness and data integrity
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate pricing workflows and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Prepare clear documentation, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings to internal teams and clients

What We're Looking For

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in an analytical, pricing, procurement, finance, or data-focused role; relevant co-op and internship experience will be considered
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage and reconcile large datasets accurately
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine appetite to learn and grow

Assets

  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, eCommerce, or another regulated industry
  • Exposure to CRM or ERP systems

Why Join Us

We are a fast-growing organization operating at the intersection of healthcare, pharmacy, technology, and patient access.

This role offers meaningful responsibility from day one and a clear development path. You'll start by mastering the core of pricing operations and grow into more complex analysis, framework ownership, and strategic projects that directly shape how medications are priced and sourced.

For someone looking to build a career in pricing and analytics, this is an opportunity to develop valuable technical and commercial skills while taking on increasing responsibility as you grow with the organization.
