The estimated annual compensation for this position is $99,400. - $106,500. which includes a base salary of $70,000. - $75,000. and 100% on target performance. Members of the sales function are eligible to participate in the UL Solutions Sales Incentive Plan. The annual target incentive for this position is 42% of the base salary, paid quarterly, and is contingent upon performance. Compensation is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors.
This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).

- This role is 100% remote, candidates can live anywhere in the U.S.
- Maintain awareness of the broader strategy for Advisory product sales, based on high level of product knowledge and frequent interactions with customers and account management teams.
- Support primary sellers in relationship building, lending technical credibility with customers.
- Work hands-on with customers to gather solution requirements. Demonstrates and communicates project implementation best practices.
- Work independently on Service demonstrations and provides reassurance that the Service will work effectively and deliver value in the customer's environment.
- Interface with technical customer personnel to communicate value of solution in detail.
- Deliver technical presentations of offerings to customers and prospects.
- Assist with scope creation based upon customer requirements.
- Provide sales support as a subject matter expert to the sales team and for inbound opportunities.
- Work with account teams, provides new perspectives to existing and prospective customers, as well as Sales Executives, to demonstrate the value of UL services.
- Leverage technical knowledge to partner with Sales Executives to drive overall solution win.
- Support hand-off to Operations team to ensure proper scope execution.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors and/or graduate degree in scientific or related field
- 5+ years of related experience
- Relevant technical capabilities in the built environment
- Deep knowledge and experience with assigned specialty Advisory services
- Business acumen and understanding of business sales processes
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software
