Pay Rate: $22.00/hr, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Remote Role – Full Time

Hours: Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST 11:00 am - 7:30 pm EST (8 hour day with 30 minute lunch) (Possible performance incentive - $3)

Air travel: Required to make 1 -3 trips a year of 5 days or less, paid for by client for sales meeting (Mandatory)

About the Role:

  • Must be able to place inside sales calls to HCPS for Neurology products on behalf of our pharmaceutical client vial telephone, e-mail, and chat
  • Must be in compliance with all reporting requirements for adverse events, product quality complaints, and patient privacy (HIPPA/data privacy)
  • Must have the ability to manage assigned targets/territories and achieve program goals
  • Must be able to utilize gatekeeping skills to reach appropriate targets and provide engaging dialogue for assigned products
  • Must be able to handle all calls according to client specifications including but not limited to using computer systems, manual documentation, and training resources
  • We support one of the world's top 10 pharmaceutical companies, working remotely to call doctor's offices and provide education on prescription drugs, with a focus on neurology products
  •  Executes pro-active acquisition activities, using a limited set of guidelines and under supervision in order to sell or promote client business products/service.
  •  Identifies customer requirements and matches it with product and service offerings or tailors the products towards the customer requirement.
  •  Provides customer with appropriate product and service information including legal required information and informs the customer about the process.
  •  Inputs all necessary information from customer to update database.


Requirements: 

  • Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent
  • Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Must have strong customer service mindset with clear, professional communication and the ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175) 
  • Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router 
  • Live in one of the following states AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $38,400 - $48,000.
