  • Onboarding & Employee Experience: Lead onboarding efforts to ensure every new hire feels welcomed and supported while managing training, orientation, benefits, and compliance
  • Compensation & Workforce Rewards Strategy: Partner with the Director of People Operations to execute forward-looking compensation and benefits strategies that align with organizational growth, employee needs, and market dynamics
  • Performance Management and Development: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by driving learning and development initiatives that align with performance goals. Facilitate knowledge-sharing practices to ensure employees and managers have access to clear, up-to-date processes, training materials, and documentation, enabling skill development, goal achievement, and operational excellence
  • Strategic Alignment & Operational Enablement: Partner with leadership to align business objectives to team and individual OKRs, leveraging data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to advance business objectives, improve team performance, and scale the organization efficiently
  • Culture & Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives that foster connection across our remote workforce, including organizing virtual team-building activities and coordinating company events.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

About You And What Skills You’ll Need

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of progressive People Operations experience.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale people programs like performance management, merit cycles, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • A knack for fostering a vibrant culture and building meaningful relationships in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to guide and influence across all levels of an organization.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with a sense of urgency to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
