The mission of the Talent Management Department is to drive effective people decisions to build high-performing teams and maximize business performance. 

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Talent Management team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for cultivating an engaging and productive environment to elevate our people to their highest potential. As the Director, Talent Management, Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in identifying Supply Chain talent opportunities and driving strategic solutions to support the success and growth of our high-performing business. THE ROLE

As the Director, Talent Management, Supply Chain, you will lead the team to:

  • Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
  • Ensure we always have the best Supply Chain talent for our business needs through effective, timely actions.
  • Ensure we consistently acquire the best Supply Chain talent for the business.
  • Accelerate productivity and cultural integration with minimal business disruptions.
  • Direct effective people decisions with accurate assessments of performance and potential.
  • Maximize and accelerate the growth of high performing Supply Chain talent.
  • Inspire sustained performance and commitment to Aritzia.
  • Effectively organize resources to business needs while minimizing wastage.
  • Drive continued performance and commitment with strategic, smart spending solutions.
  • Accelerate stabilization and productivity with minimal business disruptions.
  • Support employees with fair and consistent practices while mitigating undue risk.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Director, Talent Management, Supply Chain has:

  • Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in:
    • Broad People & Culture knowledge
    • Supporting and executing on employee talent lifecycles
  • A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.
  • The skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes.
  • The ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the team.
  • A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $160,000-$180,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
