- Processing full cycle weekly payroll for U.S hourly employees, ensuring accurate and timely payment
- Providing backup support for the U.S salaried bi-weekly payroll as needed
- Ensuring taxable benefits, benefit deductions, and 401K plans are accurately set up and maintained
- Preparing payroll related journal entries
- Preparing year end reporting, reconciliations, and W-2 preparation
- Supporting internal and external audit requests
- Maintaining and updating accurate employee data within our payroll systems
- Collaborating with peers and cross-functional teams to deliver timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Generating reports to verify appropriate deductions and remittances
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline payroll operations
- Maintaining e-fillings and payroll records
- Supporting the Senior Payroll Manager with additional projects as assigned
