We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Payroll Representative to join our People team in Langley, BC.

Reporting to the Manager, Payroll, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Payroll department with a focus on retail payroll.    

You will be responsible for:

  • Administering weekly payroll and HR data for team members under Collective Agreements, including processing weekly pay information, new hires, terminations, transfers, and job changes.
  • Addressing payroll inquiries from store management and team members through Outlook and ServiceNow to manage tickets and incoming inquiries.
  • Reviewing and preparing payment details for annual payouts.
  • Communicating payroll information to store teams through prepared communications.
  • Maintaining team member data on the company’s HRIS, Workday.
  • Performing other payroll duties as required.

You have:

  • 1-3 years of previous office administration experience.
  • Completed or working towards a payroll certificate is an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Previous experience with payroll is an asset.
  • Experience with Workday is an asset.
  • An understanding of employment standards and collective agreements is an asset.

Compensation Details:

$52,880.00 - $66,100.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
