As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Digital and Design's Strategy & Messaging team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the go-to-market (GTM) client engagement strategies for new product launches and existing product enhancements
- Partner closely with Product Managers to deeply understand users' personas, needs, motivations, and journeys to develop compelling product stories and GTM strategies
- Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, contributing to product development and evolving client engagement strategies
- Develop and redefine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our offerings
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer feedback to measure marketing campaign effectiveness, inform product development, and identify areas for improvement and resource requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships across a large organization, influence and negotiate with stakeholders of varying levels, and lead cross-functional teams effectively
- Experience conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and identifying competitive opportunities and emerging trends
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing market conditions and business priorities
- Deep passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
- Experience in product deployment processes
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
- Experience launching and marketing products in international markets, with an understanding of cultural nuances and regional differences
- Ability to effectively synthesize and communicate complex ideas and recommendations to senior leaders
- Proven ability to create and implement successful product launch plans and long-term marketing campaigns
- Experience managing various marketing channels to segment and target specific audiences
