Job Description

Develops profitable new business account relationships and increased profitability from existing accounts. Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services. Makes sales presentations to existing and prospective clients informing them of benefits of using the organization's products and services to meet their needs. Reaches and exceeds annual revenue goal target. Implements and maintains an effective referral network and call program to promote sales.

The role is posted as remote; however, candidates who are located near any one of our locations would be required to work on site at least three days per week.

Must currently live in Florida or Georgia to qualify for this role.

Start Date: February 3rd, 2025

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Five to eight years of relevant sales experience
- Ability to travel

- Advanced knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations
- Strong marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills
- Ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $75,820.00 - $89,200.00 - $98,120.00
