As an Analytics Solutions Manager in Payment Operations Strategy Office, you will lead in identifying transformation opportunities, building insights, develop innovative data solution across payment operations and drive efficiencies. You will collaborate with Operations Leaders and their respective organizations, key partners across Digital & Platform Services including Operations Transformation, Data Science, Technology and Business colleagues.
Job Responsibilities

  • Analyzing business requirements, designing, building, testing, and producing executive and operational reporting to support management decisions.
  • Performing ad-hoc analysis to meet the needs of all internal business partners leveraging various data sources.
  • Develop, implement and execute key reporting to be leveraged by all levels within Payment Operations, as well as senior management in the Corporate and Investment Bank and senior partners across the firm.
  • Identify areas for continued process improvement and enhance efficiencies by generating innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Prepare presentation materials to be shared with management, business groups and other relevant stakeholders.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or an equivalent combination of education and/or business experience
  • 7+ years of experience in a data analytics role
  • Extensive knowledge and experience working with AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, or other Cloud Data Warehouse.
  • Strong knowledge in data structure and SQL, hands on experience in Python or another programming language in a work-related capacity.
  • Proficiency with developing advanced data visualization and presentations with tools like Tableau.
  • Ability to articulate data insights in a business context and discuss complex issues both technical and business audiences in easy-to-understand ways.


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Good understanding of operations preferably with knowledge of payment processing.
  • Versatile in learning and picking up different software, tools, methodology, or coding languages.
  • Relevant experience in strategy consulting, managing stakeholder expectations, project execution with demonstrated experience in data & analytics topics.
