Our Mississauga Office is looking for a Payable Analyst to work within our Finance team to process supplier’s invoices, payments to suppliers and conduct monthly accrual of certain expenses.
    Review and correct coding of requisitions and or invoices

    Monthly accrual of certain expenses

    Review and code supplier’s invoices

    Determine and seek the authorization when it is required

    Verification of supplier invoices against purchase order, when applicable

    Review all the requisition and circulate for authorization

    Prepare accrual list and JEs and Supplier’s reconciliation

    Assist in preparation of annual expense budget

    Assist in response to external and internal auditors

    Follow up with suppliers, KUBRA management and payment processing department
    You have Excellent communication skill and problem solving is required

    You are detail-oriented and a multitasking master

    You can work well with a team but accomplish tasks independently
