The Opportunity
We’re looking for a collaborative, highly organized Partner Marketing Manager to join our growing team, someone with a genuine love for marketing and building meaningful connections. This role will play a key part in shaping how Blue J shows up in the market through partnerships with professional associations and member-based organizations, including state societies and similar groups.
You’ll manage end-to-end partner marketing efforts across various campaigns serving as the main marketing point of contact for our partners. You’ll also work closely with our events, sales and partnerships teams to build strong relationships, track performance, and drive revenue growth all while ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize partner marketing campaigns to drive awareness, demand generation, and conversion goals, including free trial sign-ups and paid.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships Manager and Events team on event sponsorship strategy for partner-hosted events, leading partner communications and additional marketing initiatives that maximize event impact.
- Own Blue J-hosted partner webinars end-to-end and partner-led virtual event opportunities that expand reach and generate business impact.
- Develop and manage ongoing partner marketing programs, including email programs, co-branded initiatives, content promotion, and other activities that strengthen partner engagement and drive measurable results.
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for partner organizations, building strong relationships that foster strategic, high-impact collaboration.
- Manage the partner marketing budget and track program performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Events, and the broader Marketing team to align goals, coordinate priorities, and execute programs effectively.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to scale partner marketing programs, increase efficiency, and improve campaign performance.

What You Offer Blue J
- 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, with a focus on partner marketing or channel marketing.
- Proven experience owning multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- A genuine love for marketing and a passion for creating impactful, partner-driven experiences.
- Skilled at building strong relationships, thriving in cross-functional environments and partner-facing roles.
- Exceptional project management skills - organized and capable of prioritizing across multiple initiatives.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to balance high-level vision with executional excellence.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to drive efficiency, improve workflows, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Proficient with Gsuite, Asana, Hubspot, Salesforce, AI tools (Claude/Chat GPT), Google analytics, and Canva.

The base pay range for this role is CA$90,000-$110,000 per year.
This is a Level 3 in Blue J’s career level framework. We use levels to define the expected scope, autonomy, impact, decision-making, and experience for each role. Final compensation will be set fairly and thoughtfully based on experience, expertise, and alignment with the role’s responsibilities. While all candidates are expected to bring directly relevant experience, the top of the range is typically reserved for individuals who demonstrate exceptional depth in the role’s core competencies, a strong track record of impact in similar environments, and the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy from day one.
