As a Partner Business Development Representative at 7shifts, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by converting partner-referred leads into qualified opportunities for our Account Executives. You'll work closely with Partner Managers, Account Executives, and referring partner representatives in the restaurant tech space. Your focus will be on proactive outreach, strategic pipeline management, and relationship-building to drive mutual success. This role offers an exciting opportunity to connect with restaurateurs and partner vendors, highlighting the full value of 7shifts’ platform as the first point of contact in their journey toward streamlined scheduling, payroll, and operations.

What you’ll do:
- Prospect for potential customers using various methods such as calling, emailing, and texting
- Conduct over-the-phone qualification calls with potential customers and book meetings for the Account Executive team
- Effectively manage lead pipeline by prioritizing and organizing activities in our communication platform (Outreach) and our CRM (Salesforce)
- Hit daily and exceed, weekly, and monthly KPIs, as well as achieve monthly quotas for qualified opportunities
- Understand and articulate 7shifts’ value proposition and sales pitch to effectively attract qualified buyers
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate our sales processes to scale up the team
- Ensure that you are staying up to date with the competitive market, especially in the restaurant industry
What you bring:
- 1 year of cold calling or outbound sales experience, with a proven ability to engage and convert prospects
- Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc) or a communication platform (Outreach)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to successfully engage prospects
- Proven track record of success, whether through sales achievements, competitive performance, or goal-driven results
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
It’d be even cooler if you had:
- Experience working in the restaurant industry
- SaaS experience
- Ability to write and communicate verbally in Spanish
