About the role

As a Partner Account Manager at Rewind, you’ll play a key role in expanding and strengthening our ecosystem of channel partners—including agencies, resellers, and solutions providers. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, you’ll develop relationships that drive mutual growth and unlock new revenue opportunities.

You’ll work closely with Partner Marketing Sales and Product teams to accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, while helping to build the infrastructure for Rewind’s growing partner program. For the right person, this is a rare opportunity to shape a high-impact function during a moment of rapid ecosystem expansion.

This role involves occasional travel for partner events, conferences, and onsite meetings.

What you’ll doPartner acquisition & relationship management
  • Identify, engage, and close new partnerships with resellers, agencies, solutions providers, and GSIs.

  • Build lasting relationships through thoughtful outreach, training, and enablement programs.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for partner accounts, helping them sell, evaluate, and support Rewind products.

Revenue growth & performance tracking
  • Drive measurable growth in partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.

  • Exceed key KPIs related to partner acquisition and retention.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Marketing, Sales, Product, and Support to deliver joint business outcomes.

Program development & enablement
  • Contribute to the design and improvement of systems that scale Rewind’s partnerships.

  • Create tools, collateral, and onboarding materials to help partners succeed.

  • Maintain high reporting standards across core systems, including PRM (Euler), CRM (Salesforce), and partner marketplace portals (e.g., Atlassian,).

Collaboration & cross-functional leadership
  • Act as a connector between internal teams to align strategies and initiatives.

  • Provide input on go-to-market campaigns, co-marketing opportunities, and partner events.

  • Represent Rewind at industry events and partner gatherings to grow brand awareness and trust.

What you’ll bring
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships, sales, or customer-facing roles.

  • Proven success meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering remote presentations.

  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM and comfort navigating PRM tools and managing multiple stakeholder relationships.

  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Euler, Salesloft, Excel/Google Sheets, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Strong systems-level thinking across sales, product, and marketing functions.

  • Experience building new partnerships from acquisition through long-term management.

Location and working hours

This role is remote-friendly, with a preference for candidates located in the Eastern Time zone (EST) for optimal collaboration with our team and partners. Some travel is required for conferences, events, and partner meetups.
