If you're a digital marketer with a passion for evidence-based health and wellness, this opportunity is tailor-made for you!

Crisp is partnering with Kintec, a leading footwear and orthotics brand with a strong presence across Canada, in their search for a Paid Media and SEO Specialist. Reporting to the VP Brand & Innovation, this role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in paid media, analytics, and SEO—along with a passion for health that aligns with Kintec’s mission to keep people active, on their feet, for life.

As a Paid Media and SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for executing impactful digital campaigns, managing a comprehensive marketing tech stack, and ensuring continuous optimization to meet business goals. As a key player in the marketing team, you will also be instrumental in enhancing lead generation, driving ecommerce growth, and maintaining Kintec’s competitive edge in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Ad Strategy & Execution: Craft and implement a comprehensive digital ad strategy that effectively targets two key business objectives: boosting online ecommerce sales and increasing in-store bookings across Canada. You will oversee the end-to-end execution and optimization of ads across all digital channels, ensuring a seamless integration between online and offline customer experiences.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage budgets for paid media execution across all digital channels, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Develop and generate comprehensive dashboards and reports that cover all marketing department initiatives, extending beyond digital paid media. You will distill and present key data and insights to the leadership team, playing a crucial role in shaping and informing the company’s overall business strategy.
  • Optimization: Leverage data and insights to drive continuous optimization and improvement across all marketing department initiatives.
  • Marketing Technology: Ensure the marketing department is equipped with the right technology and tools to meet its objectives. Oversee the effective use of these tools, focusing on integrating systems and automating workflows to enhance campaign performance and streamline operations.
  • Ecommerce and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Manage all ecommerce platforms, ensuring conversion rates are continuously optimized to meet business goals.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Continuously optimize search engine rankings to drive traffic and align with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid media, analytics, and SEO.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels.
  • Experience in managing budgets and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Proficiency with ecommerce platforms and conversion rate optimization strategies.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices to optimize digital content for search engines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Skills

  • Strategic Thinking & Execution: Ability to not only develop and strategize comprehensive digital marketing plans but also execute them effectively, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering tangible results.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with marketing technologies and tools, including ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, SEO software, and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Adaptability: Proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Commitment to Growth: A commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
