As the owner of our paid lead generation via job boards, you’ll be driving the engine that fuels the majority of our leads in the U.S. We’re already generating over 6,000 applications per month, and now we’re aiming to double that.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership. You’ll build and scale one of our most important marketing programs, using data, experimentation, and process design to drive growth at pace. For the right person, someone with urgency, bias for action, creativity, and a love of data,  this is a career-defining opportunity.

What you’ll be doing
Performance Marketing & Campaign Management: Own the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of paid lead generation campaigns, with a primary focus on job boards and an eye toward expansion into channels like Google Ads and Meta. Drive growth through rapid testing of ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize performance and ROI.

Data Analysis & Optimization: Translate campaign data into actionable insights that drive performance. Use A/B testing to systematically improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs. Apply first-principles thinking to uncover inefficiencies and identify bold opportunities for marketing innovation and scale.

Strategic Thinking: Proactively identify new levers for growth and opportunities to scale marketing impact. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies to inform strategy. Contribute to high-level planning, budget decisions, and performance forecasting to drive long-term success.

Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Product teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and business goals. Prepare marketing reports and presentations to showcase performance and strategic insights to senior leaders.

- Strong analytical skills: you're comfortable working with data, uncovering insights, and turning them into strategic actions
- Strong bias for action: Executes with urgency and ownership, comfortable juggling multiple priorities and delivering high-quality work at speed.
- Critical thinking skills: Analyzes complex problems thoughtfully, makes data-driven decisions, and approaches challenges with a clear, logical mindset under pressure.
- Customer-centric view: Obsessed with understanding the customer; uses that lens to drive smarter experiments, sharper messaging, and better conversion decisions
- Stakeholder engagement: Excellent written and verbal communication skills: clear, concise, and persuasive, with a strong focus on collaboration and building productive working relationships across teams and stakeholders

Bonus: 
- Experience in any ad platform (Google Ads and Meta Ads), Google Analytics, SQL, marketing automation tools, and data visualization platforms.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and data analysis.
