• 2+ years under your belt overseeing profitable SEM campaigns.

• A hungry hippo approach to learning. You’re always on the lookout for profitable keywords.
• A relentless pursuit of the most optimized campaign in the history of forever. Seriously, you’re obsessed about optimization.  
• A thick portfolio that demonstrates your mastery of all-things pay-per-click. Sorry, but if you have to Google what a ‘CTR’ is; or don’t know what R.O.I. stands for, this isn’t the position for you. 
• A brain the size of Jupiter. Your audits are so deep-n-brilliant they’re Nobel-worthy, and you’re GREAT at delivering actionable insights based on campaign insights.
• A nit-picky personality. Every ad that you touch will be a testament to AlgaeCal’s commitment to excellence. Your hawk-eye sees where every ad fits and how it flows. From top-of-the-funnel awareness to the decisive conversion point, you understand how to move an audience down the sales funnel, turning curious visitors into loyal customers. What Will You Earn? 

Our Paid Marketing Specialist position starts at $60,000 and can go up to $75,000 depending on your experience. If your salary expectations differ from this range, let us know!
