About the role:
Our Fulfilment Centre plays a vital role in supporting our stores and customers. By accurately packing and delivering our customer online orders in full and on time, we work together to elevate pressure off our stores and exceed customer expectations.
As a Fulfilment Centre Supervisor at Bunnings, you'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of our order fulfilment processes. You'll help lead a passionate team, oversee day-to-day operations, and help deliver outstanding service by ensuring customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about coaching and supporting a team to achieve great results.
What’s involved:
Lead by example, providing excellent service and inspiring the team to deliver accurate and efficient order fulfillment
Coach and develop team members to ensure a positive and productive workplace
Range management, oversee receiving and inventory process’
Ensuring accurate stock width and depth, managing and maintain stock location and associated fixtures and fittings
Assist with onboarding and ongoing training to maintain high operational standards
Support the team with picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders as required
Organise and oversee deliveries to ensure orders are dispatched in full and on time
Manage stock control, including loading and unloading products from delivery trucks
Ensure safety and efficiency are always top priorities

You’ll need:
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach & inspire your team

Experience in a pick & pack or logistics environment
Excellent organizational & time-management skills
Ability to multitask & manage team expectations
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Good interpersonal skills
A current forklift licence is preferred but not essential
