We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Office Services Representative to join our Office Services team in Langley, BC.  

Reporting to the Team Lead, Accounts Payable Office Services, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination and delivery of courier mail between offices and external parties. In this role, you will ensure office supplies and other necessities are well-stocked and organized.
You will be responsible for:

  • Using an online ordering guide to replenish stationery room with general office supplies.
  • Monitoring and responding to inquiries by phone, e-mail, or in-person interactions.
  • Arranging and receiving postal and courier mail using courier software and a postal machine.
  • Distributing incoming and outgoing mail to the appropriate departments.
  • Supporting the Accounts Payable department by preparing invoices and checking for errors in batches.
  • Completing the daily and weekly cheque runs for distribution.
  • Delivering mail and supplies to other offices within a 1 km radius using a company- provided vehicle.
     

You have:

  • Previous office administration experience is considered an asset.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • A minimum typing speed of 45 wpm.
  • The ability to lift and move packages and parcels weighing between 30 to 50 lbs.
  • A valid driver’s licence.

Compensation Details:

$43,680.00 - $54,600.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
