Position Title: Network Analyst – Phone Deployment

Location:  Vancouver, BC

Overview:

Charter is currently seeking one (1) experienced Network Analyst – Phone Deployment to join our team starting September 2025. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a Network Analyst or in equivalent roles, focusing on phone deployment, disconnecting old phones, deploying new phones, testing/verifying phone functionality, managing cables, and providing end-user training. Previous experience in phone deployment projects would be a great asset. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are required. Location: Vancouver, BC, and the surrounding area (onsite) Term: Three (3) months.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Network Analyst or in equivalent roles, focusing on phone deployment
  • Experience disconnecting old phones, deploying new phones, testing/verifying phone functionality, managing cables, and providing end-user training on the new phones.
  • Experience tracking phone asset information (model/SN).
  • Experience performing basic phone troubleshooting.
  • Experience providing updates/reports on deployment progress.
  • Previous experience in phone deployment projects would be a great asset.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
  • Must be authorized to work in Canada.
