OSI Digital is looking for a Sr. Netsuite functional consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong Financial/Accounting background, solid analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience. He/she will use their interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and provide a solution to their technical problems quickly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Senior NetSuite Consultant is responsible for interacting with business end users and other key stakeholders to identify the business requirements, and mapping/ designing of business requirements into complex ERP processes that integrate large volumes of orders from multiple sources, monitoring, troubleshooting, tracking and documenting.
- Provide NetSuite consulting expertise and assist with data analysis, reporting needs, continuous improvement initiatives, change management and support for optimal usage within NetSuite.
- Creating mapping between Netsuite ERP and other applications.
- Serve as the main point of contact for business functions and be the first line of support for any client questions or issues.
- Lead financial and accounting implementations including design of chart of accounts, distribution, invoicing, fixed asset management, and accounting processes such as Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and Financial Reporting.
- Conduct demos on new solutions to business end users.
- Identify new enhancements/improvements such as upgrading the systems to newer versions to get full benefit of product to keep the business on top of competitors to improve business processes.
- Conducts CRP sessions with different stakeholders.
- Responsible for designing different reports, data extracts, data uploads, dashboards and provide support to ongoing/existing reports and dashboards. Provide status report on weekly basis.
- Build standardized test plans and metrics that measure quality, test coverage that can be automated and scale.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise during configuration sessions.
- Provide on-going post implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.
- Proven ability to make excel in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience with NetSuite ERP Implementation
- Strong experience with Suite Success Methodology
- Specialist with experience in NetSuite ERP implementations and operations.
- Completed at least 3 Netsuite Implementations - end to end implementation experience preferred.
- Preferred -Certified NetSuite Professional
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and client stakeholder management.
- Ability to effectively work in team environment with multiple skill set levels.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and set expectations on tasks.
- Able to interact with technical and non-technical colleagues, including the ability to facilitate decision making by clearly representing complex technical subjects.
- Experience with Agile development practices and working in a Scrum team
- Bachelor's or Advanced degree in accounting, business, finance or other business-related field, computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field
- Open to Travel
