About The Role 

This is a production-heavy design seat on a small creative team that directly supports go-to-market. Half your time goes to video and motion, short-form social cuts, product launch spots, animated assets for paid and organic. The other half is digital design: ad creative, landing page visuals, social graphics, event collateral, and whatever the campaign needs that week. The work is measured by whether it performs, not whether it looks good on a deck.

AI isn't a line item here, it's how the role works at the volume and quality expected. You'll use generative and assistive AI tools throughout your process: concepting, storyboarding, rough cuts, asset variation, layout iteration. The expectation is that you're already doing this and have opinions about which tools are worth using and which aren't.

You'll work closely with the Creative Lead and the rest of the creative team to build and maintain visual systems that hold up across channels and formats. The environment rewards people who ship, learn from performance data, and tighten their process every cycle.

What you'll own

Get ready to go beyond order-taking. Your strategic responsibilities include:

  • Full video and motion production end-to-end — ideation, scripting, storyboarding, editing, and final delivery for marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand work.
  • Short-form and long-form video content shaped for platform-native behavior (LinkedIn feed, YouTube pre-roll, Instagram Stories, etc.), not reformatted from a single master. (AI-augmented: rough cuts, captioning, format adaptation)
  • Motion graphics and animated assets optimized for digital performance — social, web, paid media. (AI-augmented: asset variation, rapid iteration across formats)
  • Campaign and brand design assets across the full surface area: digital ads, social graphics, landing pages, event collateral.
  • Content layouts structured for scannability, SEO, and AI-search visibility. (AI-augmented: layout prototyping, copy-to-design iteration)
  • Brand consistency enforcement — applying and evolving brand guidelines across every output.
  • Creative ideation and visual concept development alongside the content and broader marketing teams.
  • Review and refinement of social design assets in collaboration with content.

What we're looking for

We care about what you can do more than where you’ve done it. However, experience in the following areas will help you hit the ground running in this role:

  • 7+ years in motion design, video production, and digital design, specifically within SaaS or B2B tech.
  • A portfolio that shows conversion-focused work: video, motion, and digital design that was built to perform, not just to look sharp.
  • Experience producing for multi-channel campaigns within a marketing or brand team.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Strong motion graphics and animation execution, not just After Effects templates, but real craft.
  • Solid visual design fundamentals: typography, layout, hierarchy, composition.
  • Ability to manage concurrent projects and hit deadlines without quality slipping.
  • Working knowledge of accessibility and UX best practices.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with 3D animation, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
