About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Associate Product Manager to lead our next generation of home and search capabilities in our Mobile App. You will work closely with cross functional partners, including engineering, design, user experience, customer support, and  business line product managers to develop and ship features that will drive customer satisfaction and product adoption. 

Workmates are expected to spend at least 50% of the time in-person at the Workday office.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of product management experience or experience delivering software in the cloud.
  • Experience translating customer and market needs into product deliverables and release support through the entire product lifecycle.

Other Qualifications

  • Experience working with other internal teams in cross-collaborative efforts – comfortable leading competing dependencies and priorities.

  • Experience conducting user research and data driven experiments to inform product direction

  • Demonstrated ability to think about problems from different perspectives and leverage both qualitative inputs and quantitative data to drive roadmap prioritization. 

  • Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced team, including highly technical areas

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Team-player attitude with eagerness to dig into the details

  • ​Prior knowledge and experience in successfully delivering mobile apps is a plus


Workday Pay Transparency Statement 

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary CAN Base Pay Range: $91,100 - $136,700 CAD
