About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Middle Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the operational needs of our middle office functions, ensuring smooth processes and effective communication across departments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in the daily operations of the middle office, ensuring efficient processing of transactions
  • Coordinate with various teams to facilitate seamless operations
  • Document and maintain accurate records of trade activities, settlements, and reconciliations
  • Monitor trade confirmations and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Participate in the development and execution of policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a middle office or operational role within the financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, trading processes, and the order lifecycle
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with brokerage systems or financial software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
