We are seeking a versatile Marketing Strategist with a demonstrated ability in project management and multi-channel marketing. Working closely with a Marketing Director or CMO, the Marketing Strategist will create and deliver tailored strategies, develop high-impact assets, and maintain seamless client communication to drive measurable results. Managing 4 to 6 client accounts, this role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement impactful campaigns.

You thrive on managing multiple projects and clients, creating tailored marketing strategies that align with business objectives. From crafting comprehensive marketing plans to executing campaigns across various channels, you excel at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on contributions. Your organizational skills ensure seamless project management, while your adaptability allows you to navigate the fast-paced demands of a multi-client environment.

Location: Vancouver, BC.

  • Two days (Tuesdays and Thursdays) at our office located at 877 E Hastings in Vancouver
  • Three days at home (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays)

Salary: $55,000 to $68,000
 

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing Expertise

  • Working with a Senior Marketer, develop and implement tailored marketing plans for 4-6 client accounts, aligning strategies with business goals and KPIs.
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Crisp’s marketing framework, incorporating traditional and digital tactics.
  • Apply marketing insights to create competitive analyses, personas, and journey maps that drive impactful strategies.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a fractional marketer for multiple clients, serving as a primary point of contact for campaign updates.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear, proactive communication and a commitment to their success.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals, providing regular updates and fostering trust.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage campaign execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met with precision.
  • Coordinate vendors and external partners, such as PR agencies, designers, and videographers, to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Identify and address roadblocks proactively, providing solutions to keep projects on track.

Team and Company Involvement

  • Collaborate with Crispers and other internal team members to contribute to Crisp's growth
  • Contribute to process improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.
  • Develop resources, templates, or tools to support Crisp’s marketing efforts and elevate client service.

QualificationsRequired Skills and Experience

  • 3-6 years of experience in marketing, with a demonstrated focus on strategy, campaign management, and execution.
  • Natural organizer skilled in using project management tools like ClickUp or Monday.com to organize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure seamless collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality results.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other tools for performance tracking, campaign management, and lead generation.
  • Highly organized with excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in an agency or client services environment, managing diverse clients and marketing needs.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, tools, and techniques.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with strong skills in interpreting performance data, identifying trends, and optimizing strategies for better results.
  • Awareness of emerging marketing technologies and trends to bring innovative ideas to campaigns.
