About the Role
We’re looking for a curious, hands-on self-starter and driven Marketing Specialist to help bring our demand generation programs, digital campaigns, and virtual events to life. In this role, you’ll support the strategy, execution, and optimization of integrated demand gen campaigns that drive high-intent leads and convert into qualified pipeline, aligned with our ICPs, sales goals, and funnel stages.
You’ll play a key part in running webinars through Goldcast, managing and optimizing paid media across Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms via our agency, and tracking performance metrics like CTR, CPL, ROAS, and pipeline impact. You’ll collaborate closely with content, design, and sales teams to launch full-funnel programs that deliver personalized engagement to target accounts.
A love for data is a must, you’ll dive deep into performance metrics such as MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, cost per opportunity, and campaign attribution to identify what’s working and where to improve. If you enjoy testing new ideas, optimizing based on insights, and collaborating with a fun, fast-paced team, this could be a great fit. This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.
Responsibilites
- Help build and scale GTM marketing and nurture programs to engage key segments and drive revenue outcomes
- Maintain campaign calendars, dashboards, and timelines to ensure visibility and execution across teams
- Support the planning and execution of virtual events and webinars using Goldcast
- Assist in building and optimizing digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other paid media
- Execute and help refine multi-channel campaigns focused on driving qualified pipeline and aligned with buyer stages and ICP
- Analyze and report on performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, MQL-to-SQL conversion, cost per opp, pipeline impact, etc.) to uncover insights and improve campaign ROI
- Help manage lead flow and campaign tracking in Salesforce and marketing automation tools
- Collaborate closely with sales to align on lead quality, track opportunity progression, and incorporate feedback into campaign improvements
- Conduct competitor and audience research to support campaign strategy
- Contribute to A/B testing plans for ad creative, landing pages, and email nurture programs
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience supporting virtual events and webinars, with familiarity using platforms like Goldcast
- Proficient with core marketing and CRM tools such as Google Ads, Salesforce, Marketo, ZoomInfo, and ABM platforms like 6Sense or Demandbase
- Comfortable managing campaign tracking, lead flow, and reporting within a CRM and marketing automation systems
- Familiar with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or Excel for campaign reporting and insight generation
- Experience launching and scaling demand generation programs across owned, earned, and paid channels
- Exposure to SEO, paid social, or email nurture strategies is a plus

It is Clari’s intent to pay all Clarians competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair, and equitable. The goal of Clari’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees and encourage employees to stay and grow at Clari.
Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to specific work location, skill set, depth of experience, education and certifications.
The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $130,000. The compensation package for this position also includes stock options and company-paid benefits, including well-being and professional development stipends.
