We are currently looking for a Marketing Specialist who shares our passion for excellence, science, and meaningful impact.


Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist with proven experience in the biotech or life sciences sector to lead and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and generate demand. This role bridges creative thinking and scientific communication, so it is ideal for a creative yet analytical thinker who understands scientific audiences and can drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, and event channels
  • Translate complex scientific information into clear, engaging and compelling content (web copy, brochures, emails, case studies, etc.)
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights using analytics tools
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and R&D teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
  • Manage website updates, SEO/SEM strategy, and analytics tracking
  • Organize and support trade shows, conferences, and webinars
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field
  • 3–5+ years of marketing experience in biotech, life sciences, or a related technical industry
  • Strong content development skills and understanding of scientific messaging
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, SEO tools)
  • Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree (MBA or MSc in Life Sciences) is a plus
  • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in biotech marketing

  • Competitive base salary: $65,000 – $90,000 CAD/year (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Work Location:
